Built from solid carbide with a TiAlN coating applied via PVD process, this tip delivers consistent performance in demanding metal-removal applications. It features a 120-degree included angle and a 60-degree chamfer lead angle, making it well suited for chamfering, center drilling, and spot drilling operations. The cutting diameter measures 0.394 inches, maximum depth of cut is 0.106 inches, and functional length is 0.465 inches. Two flutes with an M03 chipbreaker geometry support efficient chip evacuation across a range of workpiece materials.
This tip is intended for use in CNC machining centers and milling applications where consistent chamfer geometry and repeatable indexing are required. It targets production environments handling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. The right-hand cut orientation and MM10 interface make it a direct fit for Minimaster-compatible tooling bodies. No coolant-through capability is present, so external coolant or air blast should be planned accordingly.
