The SECO 74001394 is a replaceable chamfer milling tip designed for use with Minimaster MM10 series milling systems. Manufactured from solid carbide with a PVD-applied TiAlN coating, this right-hand tip carries a 45-degree chamfer angle and a 90-degree included angle. It features 2 flutes, a cutting diameter of 0.394 inches, and a maximum depth of cut of 0.185 inches. The T60M manufacturer grade and M03 chipbreaker geometry make it well suited for productive metal removal across a broad range of workpiece materials. Installation and replacement are performed by machinists and toolroom technicians as part of indexable tooling maintenance.

This chamfer tip is intended for use in Minimaster MM10 series modular milling systems. Compatible workpiece materials include steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials, corresponding to material codes P, M, K, N, S, and H. The functional length of 0.465 inches and extension from holder of 0.465 inches position it for light-depth chamfering and center-drilling operations on CNC machining centers and manual milling machines.
