It carries a T25M manufacturer grade with a CVD-applied TiC/TiCN/TiN coating, delivering wear resistance and thermal stability across a broad range of workpiece materials. The cutting width measures 0.122 inches, the overall length is 0.354 inches, and the corner radius is 0.008 inches. A neutral lead angle and neutral hand orientation make this insert suitable for straightforward cutoff applications without lateral cutting force bias. It is held in place by a clamp-style toolholder. Machinists and CNC operators working in production and job-shop environments are the primary users of this insert.
This insert is rated for universal primary workpiece material compatibility, designated by material code O, and carries a C5 material grade classification. It belongs to the Series 150.10 family and uses chipbreaker style 14.
