The SECO 17011834 is a single-end cobalt square end mill designed for material removal in ferrous and non-ferrous machining applications. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it delivers heat resistance and edge retention in demanding cuts. The cutter runs 6 flutes with a 30-degree right-hand spiral helix, a 1-inch mill diameter, and a 2-inch length of cut. The bright, uncoated finish is the out-of-box condition and suits applications where coating is applied in-house or where bare HSS cobalt performance is sufficient. Center-cutting geometry allows plunge entry as well as standard peripheral milling. Licensed machinists and CNC operators working in job shop or production environments are the primary users.

This end mill fits short-length tooling setups in vertical machining centers and manual knee mills.
