The SECO 17007777 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling applications. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel and coated with TiAlN, it handles elevated cutting temperatures and maintains edge hardness under demanding conditions. The 3/4 inch diameter tool has a 1.625 inch length of cut and a 3-7/8 inch overall length. With 4 right-hand spiral flutes and a 30-degree maximum helix angle, it provides efficient chip evacuation during roughing passes. Center-cutting capability allows direct plunging into workpieces without a pre-drilled entry point. This end mill is used by machinists and toolroom technicians working with steel, stainless, and similar ferrous materials.

This end mill is suited for roughing operations in vertical and horizontal milling machines as well as CNC machining centers. The short flute length and rigid 3/4 inch shank minimize deflection during heavy cuts.
