The SECO 17003132 is a single-end square end mill designed for precision milling in aluminum and non-ferrous materials. Built from micrograin solid carbide, this tool delivers rigidity and edge retention in demanding cutting applications. It features a 3-flute, spiral-flute geometry with a 45-degree helix angle that promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. The bright uncoated finish suits applications where coating interaction with the workpiece material is a concern. With a 0.125-inch diameter, 0.25-inch length of cut, and 1.5-inch overall length, this short-series end mill fits tight-reach milling scenarios on manual and CNC machining centers.
This end mill is intended for use in light-duty to medium-duty milling operations on aluminum, brass, copper, and other non-ferrous workpiece materials. Its center-cutting capability allows it to plunge directly into the workpiece, making it suitable for slot milling, pocket milling, and profiling operations. The right-hand cut and right-hand flute configuration are standard for conventional CNC and manual milling setups. The straight shank accommodates standard collets and end mill holders. It is part of the SECO Series A345 short-series line.

Verify runout against the TIR maximum specification after tool installation before initiating a cut.
