The SECO 17002392 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metalworking applications. With a 0.01 inch cutting diameter and a 0.03 inch length of cut, this tool is built for fine detail work and micro-machining where accuracy is critical. Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC setup technicians. Power down and lock out the spindle before loading or removing the tool. Seat the 0.125 inch shank fully into the collet to the recommended engagement depth before torquing the collet nut. At 0.01 inch diameter, this tool is extremely fragile — avoid side-loading, excessive feed rates, or unsupported overhang beyond the collet face to prevent breakage.
