The SECO 17002373 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. Built to the S938R series specification, it features a 1-inch cutting diameter, a 2-inch length of cut, and a 0.0300-inch corner radius that reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge. The 9-flute, super-close-pitch geometry combined with an AlTiN PVD coating supports both roughing and finishing passes in a single tool. A 38-degree helix angle promotes smooth chip evacuation and stable cutting action across a wide range of workpiece materials.

This end mill is suited for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium in production environments where tool life and surface finish consistency are critical. The short-length configuration and straight-cylindrical shank make it compatible with standard precision toolholders used in CNC milling centers. Right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction are standard.
