Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC setup technician. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and machine is in a safe state before mounting or removing the tool. Seat the Weldon flat against the set screw in the toolholder and torque to the toolholder manufacturer's specification to prevent pullout. Verify runout at the cutting edge with a test indicator before beginning production cuts.
