The SECO 10207741 is a double-sided carbide milling insert designed for high-performance face and shoulder milling operations. It carries the ANSI/ISO designation LOEX120708TR-T4-M12 and is manufactured to grade MK2050 with a PVD-applied TiSiN and TiAlN dual-coating. The insert features a rectangular shape with a 90-degree included angle, a negative rake geometry at 35 degrees, and a T-Land cutting edge style. Four cutting edges are available per insert. The corner radius measures 0.0315 inches (1/32 inch), and the maximum depth of cut reaches 0.4724 inches. Licensed machinists and CNC tooling technicians install this insert in compatible Seco cutter bodies.
This insert is suited for milling cast iron and hard materials in both production and job-shop environments. The double-sided configuration extends tool life by providing four usable cutting edges. Inspect the insert pocket seating surface for chips or debris before fitting a new insert.
