The SECO 10198762 is a single-sided carbide milling insert in the XOMX series, designed for indexable face and shoulder milling operations. It features a parallelogram shape with a positive rake angle of 20.1 degrees and a T-land cutting edge style, contributing to smooth chip formation and reduced cutting forces. The insert carries manufacturer grade MP3501 with a Duratomic multilayer coating of TiCN, Al2O3, and Chrome applied for enhanced wear resistance and thermal stability. Two cutting edges are available per insert. Right-hand cutting direction. Installed by machinists and CNC tooling specialists in production milling applications.

This insert is suited for milling steel as its primary workpiece material, with secondary capability in stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium. Installation Notes
