The SECO 10023143 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in non-ferrous metals. The ANF PVD coating reduces built-up edge and extends tool life in aluminum, copper, brass, and similar workpiece materials. At 4 inches overall length with a long-series reach of 2 inches, this tool suits applications requiring deep-cavity access or extended-reach clearance. It is center-cutting, allowing direct plunge entry, and is classified for both roughing and finishing operations.

Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a qualified machinist or tooling technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and locked out before changing tooling. Seat the shank fully into the toolholder and torque the retention mechanism to the toolholder manufacturer specification. Verify runout does not exceed the maximum TIR of 0.0005 inches before beginning the cut.
