The SECO 10023042 is a single-end, solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precise milling of non-ferrous metals. It features a 3/16-inch (0.1875-inch) mill diameter, a 9/16-inch (0.750-inch) length of cut, and a 0.0100-inch corner radius that reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge. The 3-flute, right-hand spiral geometry with a 45-degree high helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. An ANF PVD coating improves wear resistance and tool life on non-ferrous workpiece materials. Overall length is 2.0 inches, and the straight-cylindrical shank diameter matches the cutter at 3/16 inch, making it compatible with standard toolholders.

Installation Notes
