This single-end, center-cutting tool features a 0.250 inch mill diameter, a 0.0300 inch corner radius, and five flutes arranged in a right-hand spiral configuration. The 40-degree high helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces at the tool-workpiece interface. An HTA physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating provides elevated heat resistance and extended tool life. This end mill is installed by machinists and toolroom technicians working with CNC machining centers and manual milling equipment.

Installation Notes
