The SECO 10008575 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 0.5-inch diameter, a 1-inch length of cut, and a 0.030-inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at the tool tip and extends part life at inside corners. The four-flute, single-end design with a right-hand cutting direction and variable helix promotes smooth chip evacuation and reduces chatter. An HTA physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating improves heat and wear resistance during high-speed cutting. This tool is part of the STR440.2 series and is intended for use in precision CNC toolholders.

This end mill is suited for short-reach finishing and semi-finishing passes on ferrous and non-ferrous materials in vertical and horizontal machining centers. The centercutting geometry allows plunge milling entry without a pre-drilled hole. The straight-cylindrical shank with a 0.5-inch diameter fits standard ER and hydraulic toolholders.
