Product Description

The SECO 10008563 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 3/16 inch (0.1875 inch) diameter with a 0.0100 inch corner radius and four flutes arranged in a right-hand spiral with a variable helix geometry. The variable helix helps reduce chatter and vibration during cutting, resulting in improved surface finish and tool life. An HTA PVD coating adds heat and wear resistance suited to high-speed operations. This end mill is single-end, centercutting, and designed for use in standard toolholders. It is installed and used by CNC machinists and tool-and-die professionals.

This end mill is suited for slot milling, profiling, and contouring operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials where a radiused corner profile is required. The 9/16 inch length of cut (0.5625 inch) and 2 inch overall length make it appropriate for shallow-to-moderate depth applications in production and job-shop environments.
