The SECO 03272676 is a solid carbide trigon milling insert in the 218.19-160 series, designed for high-performance metal cutting in demanding machining environments. It carries SECO grade MP2501 with a CVD-applied Duratomic TiCN and Al2O3 multilayer coating for extended wear resistance at elevated cutting temperatures. The insert features a positive rake angle of 15 degrees, a T-Land cutting edge style, and a 12-degree relief angle. With a corner radius of 0.0472 inches (3/64 inch) and an inscribed circle of 0.4402 inches, it delivers consistent chip formation across a range of feed rates. This insert is rated primarily for steel (ISO material code P) and secondarily for stainless steel (M), cast iron (K), and superalloys and titanium (S).
