The SECO 03115958 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. Built on the SN638 series platform, this single-end tool features a 0.5 inch diameter cutting profile, a 1.125 inch length of cut, and a 4 inch overall length. The micrograin carbide substrate and AlTiN coating make it well-suited for dry or high-speed cutting applications where heat resistance and edge retention are critical. Six spiral flutes with a variable helix geometry improve chip evacuation and reduce chatter across a range of workpiece materials.
