The SECO 03094136 is a CNMG431-MF2 series indexable turning insert manufactured from solid carbide and coated via CVD with a multilayer TiCN, Al2O3, and Cr Duratomic coating. Designated grade TP3501, this insert features a neutral hand orientation, an 80-degree diamond shape, a 0.5-inch inscribed circle, and a 1/64-inch (0.0157 inch) corner radius. The MF2 chip breaker geometry with a chamfered and honed cutting edge style is engineered for medium finishing operations. With four usable cutting edges per insert, it delivers consistent performance in boring, facing, and turning applications across steel and stainless steel workpieces.
This insert is suited for CNC turning centers and manual lathes operating on steel (ISO P) and stainless steel (ISO M) workpieces, covering material grades P20, P30, and P40.
