The SECO 03093924 is a DNMG432-M5 indexable turning insert manufactured from solid carbide with a CVD-applied Duratomic multilayer coating of TiCN, Al2O3, and Cr. Designed for general-purpose metal cutting, this insert features a 55-degree diamond shape, a 0.5 inch inscribed circle, and a 0.0315 inch corner radius. With 4 cutting edges and a neutral hand orientation, it suits a range of lathe and machining center applications. The M5 chip breaker geometry and chamfered-and-honed cutting edge style make it a reliable choice for steel and stainless steel machining at moderate to heavy stock removal depths.

This insert is intended for use in turning, facing, boring, and back turning operations on CNC lathes and machining centers. Compatibility

Suitable for primary use on steel (ISO P) and secondary use on stainless steel (ISO M) workpieces.

Installation Notes
