The SECO 03093857 is a CNMG433-M3 indexable carbide turning insert designed for general-purpose metal cutting operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. It carries the TP3501 manufacturer grade and features a CVD-applied Duratomic coating stack of TiCN, Al2O3, and Cr for extended tool life in steel and stainless steel applications. Installation Notes

Indexable turning inserts are installed and replaced by qualified machinists or CNC operators. Power down and lock out the machine spindle before indexing or replacing an insert. Use the appropriate torque wrench and seating method specified by the toolholder manufacturer — do not overtighten the clamping screw, as this can fracture the insert. Inspect the insert seat and chip pocket for debris before seating a new cutting edge.
