The SECO 03083772 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. With a 0.75 inch mill diameter, 0.75 inch length of cut, and a 0.0300 inch corner radius, this single-end tool is built to handle both roughing and finishing passes in a single setup. The 4-flute, right-hand spiral configuration runs at a high helix angle of 40 degrees to improve chip evacuation and reduce heat buildup. An AlTiN PVD coating adds surface hardness and oxidation resistance, extending tool life in abrasive and high-temperature cuts. The micrograin solid carbide substrate supports tight tolerances and consistent edge integrity across the full cutting depth. This end mill is designed for cutting stainless steel, superalloys, titanium, and other hard materials where edge retention and heat resistance are critical. This tool is installed by machinists into compatible toolholders on CNC milling machines. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the tool changer is in a safe state before inserting or removing the end mill. Confirm shank seating depth and runout against the TIR specification before beginning a cut. Do not exceed the rated length of cut when programming axial depth of engagement.
