The SECO 03080496 is an indexable insert drill from the PerfoMAX series, designed for general-purpose drilling operations in metal fabrication and machining environments. It accepts two indexable inserts and delivers a maximum drill diameter of 0.7500 inches (19.97 mm) with a maximum drill depth of 2-1/4 inches, representing a 3xD depth-to-diameter ratio. The straight cylindrical shank measures 1 inch in diameter and 2.75 inches in length. Coolant-through capability supports chip evacuation and tool life in production drilling. This drill body is installed by machinists and tooling technicians working on CNC machining centers and manual drilling equipment.
