It features a 14.50 mm cutting diameter, a 140-degree point angle for reduced thrust and accurate self-centering, and a TiAlN coating that extends tool life under elevated cutting temperatures. With an overall length of 133.00 mm and a two-flute spiral design, this drill is built for right-hand cutting in production and job-shop environments. This drill is engineered for cutting steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and other hard materials, corresponding to ISO material groups P, M, K, and H. Secure the shank to the recommended clamping torque specified by the toolholder manufacturer. Coolant-through is not supported on this drill; verify adequate external coolant or air blast is applied to manage chip evacuation and heat at the cutting zone.
