The SECO 03043579 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in tight-tolerance applications. The tool measures 0.0938 inches in diameter with a 0.0111-inch corner radius and features a straight, two-flute geometry ideal for controlled chip evacuation in small-diameter cuts. An AlTiN coating provides thermal resistance and wear protection during dry or semi-dry machining. The 0.25-inch cylindrical shank seats into standard collet systems, and the single-end configuration is part of the SECO SN200R short-length series. This end mill is suited for finish milling, slotting, and contouring in ferrous and hardened materials where a controlled corner radius is required to reduce stress concentrations at part features. The extended-reach neck diameter of 0.0820 inches allows access to recessed features while the short flute length of 0.006 inches provides rigidity. The right-hand cutting direction and right-hand flute orientation are standard for conventional CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers.
