The SECO 03043575 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in tight geometries and small-feature machining. It carries a 1/16 inch (0.0625 inch) mill diameter with a 0.0074 inch corner radius, making it well suited for producing fine radii on floors and walls of pockets, slots, and profiles. The tool features a 2-flute, single-end configuration with a straight flute geometry and a right-hand cutting direction. An AlTiN coating provides elevated heat resistance and wear performance in ferrous and hardened materials. This is a stub-length, extended-reach tool in the SN200R series and is installed by machinists and tool-and-die professionals.
This end mill is intended for small-feature machining applications where a tight corner radius and precise flute geometry are required. The extended reach and reduced neck diameter of 0.0550 inches allow clearance when machining deep pockets or profiling close to workpiece walls. The 3/16 inch reach length and 0.004 inch length of cut suit it to finishing and semi-finishing passes on hardened steels, stainless, and similar demanding materials. It fits into standard 1/4 inch shank toolholders commonly found in CNC machining centers.

Installation and tool changes must be performed by qualified machinists with the machine spindle fully stopped and the control placed in a safe lockout state. Ensure the toolholder collet or chuck is clean and free of debris before seating the 1/4 inch shank. Runout should be verified with a dial indicator after installation, as small-diameter carbide tools are sensitive to even minor misalignment. Handle solid carbide tooling carefully to avoid chipping the flutes or corner radius prior to use.
