The SECO 03007644 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and high-temperature alloy applications. It carries a 3/8 inch diameter with a 0.0300 inch corner radius and features six flutes with a 38-degree helix angle for aggressive material removal combined with a quality surface finish. The AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) PVD coating provides thermal resistance and wear protection, extending tool life in demanding cuts. This is a single-end, centercutting tool built on a straight-cylindrical shank and belongs to SECO's S638R series. It is suited for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills with compatible toolholders.

This end mill is rated for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium — material codes P, M, K, and S.
