It carries the TP2501 grade designation with a Duratomic CVD coating stack of TiCN, Al2O3, and Cr, delivering thermal resistance and edge stability across a range of cutting conditions. The insert features a 35-degree diamond shape, a neutral hand orientation, and an MF2 chip breaker geometry with a chamfered and honed cutting edge style. With 2 cutting edges and a 0.0157-inch corner radius, it suits finishing and medium turning passes on steel and stainless steel.
