The SECO 02942334 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill head designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. Built to the MZN410R series specification, it features a 1/2 inch diameter cutting face with four spiral flutes and an AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating that improves heat resistance and tool life in dry or semi-dry cutting conditions. The right-hand cutting direction and 10-degree helix angle are suited to a range of milling operations where corner integrity and surface finish are critical. This is a single-end, stub-length head with a cylindrical shank, installed by machinists and CNC operators in precision metalworking and manufacturing environments.

This end mill head is intended for use in modular tooling systems that accept a 1/2 inch cylindrical shank. The 0.120 inch length of cut and 1.5 inch reach length make it appropriate for profiling, slotting, and light pocket milling where extended reach into confined geometry is required.
