The SECO 02766022 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ANSI/ISO designation XNEX040308TR-M08 in manufacturer grade F40M. This double-sided, right-hand trigon-shaped insert features six cutting edges and a PVD-applied TiAlN plus TiN coating for wear resistance at elevated cutting temperatures. The M08 chip breaker geometry uses a T-Land cutting edge style with a negative rake angle of 27 degrees. Corner radius measures 1/32 inch (0.0315 inches), inscribed circle diameter is 0.2638 inches, and maximum depth of cut reaches 0.1575 inches.
