The adapter provides a 3.74 inch projection from the gauge line, a 0.944 inch nose diameter, and a 1.417 inch clamping depth. Through-coolant capability allows cutting fluid to pass directly to the tool tip, supporting high-speed and high-heat operations. This adapter is intended for use on CAT40-spindle vertical and horizontal machining centers in job shop, production, and aerospace machining environments.
