The SECO 02748812 is a right-hand CFOR-style indexable turning toolholder designed for cut-off and grooving operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. It features a 0.5 x 0.5 inch square shank and an overall length of 5 inches. The toolholder uses a clamp-style insert holding method and is compatible with LC 1902 series inserts. Built from steel, it is engineered for the Multi-Directional Turning (MDT) series and supports a maximum depth of cut of 1.02 inches. The 90-degree lead angle makes it well-suited for standard parting and grooving applications across a wide range of workpiece materials.
This toolholder is intended for use in production and job-shop turning environments where cut-off and grooving work is performed on CNC or manual lathes.
