The SECO 02688855 is an indexable square-shoulder end mill from the Super Turbo series, designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. Built around a cylindrical shank design, it accepts three XO.X 1204.. screw-held inserts and delivers a 90-degree lead angle for true square shoulders. With a cutting diameter of 1.25 inches, a maximum depth of cut of 0.433 inches, and a maximum spindle speed of 18,400 RPM, this tool is suited for demanding material removal on CNC milling machines. The through-coolant feature directs fluid directly to the cutting zone, extending insert life and improving chip evacuation in high-feed passes.
This end mill is intended for professional machinists and tooling technicians operating CNC vertical and horizontal milling centers. It is well-suited for square-shoulder profiling, slotting, and face milling operations in production and job-shop environments. The 1.25-inch cylindrical shank fits standard collet chucks and end mill holders sized for that bore diameter. The 7.69-inch overall length provides reach for deeper cavity work while the 6.10-inch shank length allows secure gripping in the spindle.
