The SECO 02660152 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ANSI and ISO designation VPGX220608PDER-E10 in manufacturer grade H25. This single-sided, right-hand insert features a 35-degree diamond shape with a positive rake angle of 25 degrees and a honed cutting edge for clean, consistent chip formation. It is uncoated bright finish, making it well suited for applications where coating buildup would be a disadvantage. With two cutting edges, a 0.5 inch inscribed circle, and a maximum depth of cut of 0.5591 inches, it delivers reliable material removal in demanding milling operations. Licensed machinists and CNC tooling technicians install this insert as a direct replacement or new tooling component in compatible milling cutter bodies.
This insert is designed primarily for milling non-ferrous metals and secondarily for superalloys and titanium, making it a strong choice for aerospace, defense, and precision machining environments where tight tolerances and surface finish matter. The E10 chip breaker geometry supports efficient chip evacuation in these material groups. The insert is held in place by a screw-type clamping method, standard in the VPGX-22 series.
