Product Description

The SECO 02656577 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying ANSI and ISO designation ACET150612TR-MD15 in manufacturer grade MP3000. It is a parallelogram-shaped, single-sided, right-hand insert from the ACET-15 series, designed for indexable milling operations on hard materials, steel, and stainless steel. The insert features a TiAlN PVD coating applied over a micrograin solid carbide substrate, providing wear resistance and thermal stability at elevated cutting speeds. Two cutting edges are available per insert. The MD15 chip breaker geometry and positive rake angle of 15 degrees support controlled chip evacuation and reduced cutting forces during face and shoulder milling applications.
