Product Description

The SECO 02656566 is a solid carbide milling insert in the XOMX-18 series, designed for use in indexable milling cutters operating on steel, stainless steel, and hard materials. It carries the MP3000 manufacturer grade with a TiAlN PVD coating applied over a micrograin carbide substrate. The insert features a parallelogram shape with a 90-degree included angle, a positive rake geometry at 9 degrees, and a T-Land cutting edge style. With a corner radius of 0.1220 inches and a maximum depth of cut of 0.6693 inches, it is suited for demanding milling applications where edge stability and wear resistance are required.

This insert is intended for use in professional machining environments by machinists and tooling technicians working with CNC or manual milling equipment. It is a right-hand, single-sided insert held by screw clamping. Primary workpiece material is hard material (ISO code H), with secondary compatibility covering steel and stainless steel (ISO codes P and M).
