Built to the Square 6 series standard, this right-hand cutter accepts 11 XNEX 0806 inserts held by clamp and screw, delivering a medium-pitch configuration suited to stable, aggressive material removal. The 5-inch cutting diameter and 1.5-inch arbor hole accommodate heavy-duty setups, while the through-coolant design directs fluid directly to the cutting zone to manage heat and extend insert life. Maximum depth of cut reaches 0.295 inches at a 0/90 lead angle with a negative rake geometry.
This face mill is designed for use in CNC milling and machining center environments where square-shoulder profiling and slotting are required. The 0/90 lead angle produces a true 90-degree shoulder, making it well suited for stepped workpieces, pockets, and shoulder milling applications. The through-coolant capability supports continuous cutting in ferrous and non-ferrous materials where thermal control is critical. Designed to accept XNEX 0806 series inserts in a Cutter Style R220.96 body; compatible inserts must match the XNEX 0806 designation. Mounts via a 1.5-inch arbor hole.
