The SECO 02641984 is a solid carbide trigon milling insert in the XNEX-08 series, identified by ANSI/ISO code XNEX080616TR-M13 with chip breaker M13 and manufacturer grade F40M. This double-sided, right-hand insert features a TiAlN and TiN PVD coating applied over a fine-grain solid carbide substrate. It carries six cutting edges, a negative rake geometry with a 22-degree rake angle, and a T-Land cutting edge style. With a maximum depth of cut of 0.2953 inches and a corner radius of 0.0630 inches, it is designed for productive milling in demanding material applications. Installation Notes
