The insert features an 80-degree diamond shape, a 0.5-inch inscribed circle, a 1/32-inch (0.0315-inch) corner radius, and a 3/16-inch insert thickness. With four cutting edges and a honed cutting edge style, it delivers consistent performance across boring, facing, and turning operations. The M1 chip breaker geometry is optimized for the primary workpiece material category of superalloys and titanium.
This insert is suited for CNC turning centers and boring applications in both production and job-shop environments.
