The SECO 02615930 is a solid carbide indexable turning insert in the WNMG 433-MF4 series, manufactured to ANSI and ISO standards and designated by ISO code WNMG080412-MF4. It carries a multilayer TiAlN and TiN coating applied by PVD process, which provides thermal and wear resistance suited to demanding cutting environments. The insert features an 80-degree trigon shape, a 0.5000-inch inscribed circle, a 3/64-inch corner radius (0.0472 inches), and a MF4 chip breaker geometry with a chamfered and honed cutting edge. With six available cutting edges and neutral hand orientation, it is installed by licensed machinists and toolroom professionals in CNC turning centers and manual lathes.
This insert is designed for boring, facing, and turning operations with a primary application in stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium workpiece materials (ISO material codes M and S).
