The SECO 02593428 is a replaceable-tip milling shank in the Minimaster series, designed for use with MM12-style milling tips in CNC milling operations. The shank accepts swappable cutting heads, allowing fast tip changes without removing the holder from the spindle. It features a 3/4 inch (0.7500 inch) shank diameter with a 90-degree shank type and a neck diameter of 0.449 inches. The overall length is 3.74 inches, with an effective cutting length of 2.07 inches. Constructed from heavy metal for vibration damping and rigidity, this shank is suited for precision milling work where runout control and tool life are critical concerns. Machinists and CNC tool-room technicians are the primary installers.
This shank is used in milling applications on CNC machining centers and manual mills where the Minimaster replaceable-tip system is employed. It is intended for general milling operations including shoulder milling, slotting, and profiling at the 3/4 inch diameter class. The 90-degree shank configuration and MM12 toolholder style make it compatible with standard Minimaster MM12 tip geometries. Coolant-through is not supported on this holder. The absence of a Weldon flat means it relies on standard collet or chuck clamping for retention.

Installation is performed by a qualified machinist or CNC tool-room technician. Confirm runout and projection measurements after assembly before returning the machine to production.
