The SECO 02526685 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ANSI and ISO designation SNHQ120404TL4-M07. It features a square shape with four cutting edges, a left-hand insert orientation, and a negative rake geometry with a T-Land cutting edge style. The insert is coated with TiAlN and TiN via a PVD process, targeting wear resistance across a broad range of workpiece materials. At 0.1575 inches thick and 0.5000 inches inscribed circle diameter, it is sized to the SNHQ-12 series and fits the 335.19-12 cutter series. The micrograin carbide substrate supports the F30M manufacturer grade. This insert is installed by machinists and tooling technicians in milling operations on CNC and manual machining centers.
