The SECO 02526634 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ANSI and ISO designation SNHQ120516TL4-M07 in manufacturer grade F40M. It is a square-shaped, single-sided insert with a negative rake angle of 20 degrees, four cutting edges, and a T-Land cutting edge style. The insert is coated via PVD process with TiAlN and TiN for wear resistance across demanding milling applications. At 0.2126 inches thick with an inscribed circle of 0.5000 inches and a corner radius of 0.0630 inches, it is built for precision material removal in production milling operations. Installation is performed by licensed machinists and tooling technicians on compatible cutter bodies.
This insert is designed for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, and titanium. It carries primary material grade codes P, K, and S, with secondary codes K and N. The M07 chip breaker geometry supports medium machining conditions where chip control and edge stability are priorities. The insert is left-hand oriented and fits within the SNHQ-12 series, with documented compatibility with cutter series 335.19-12.
