The SECO 02526599 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying ANSI and ISO designation SNHQ110312TR4-M07 with manufacturer grade F40M. It is a square-shaped, single-sided insert with a negative rake geometry and a T-Land cutting edge style. The insert features a PVD-applied dual coating of TiAlN and TiN, which provides thermal stability and wear resistance during aggressive milling operations. With four right-hand cutting edges and a corner radius of 3/64 inch (0.0472 inches), it is suited for productive face and shoulder milling in demanding production environments. This insert is designed for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, and titanium. Primary workpiece material classifications are P (steel), K (cast iron), and S (superalloys and titanium), with secondary applicability to K and N material classes.
