It handles a minimum bore diameter of 5/64 inches (0.0790 inches / 2.01 mm) and reaches a maximum bore depth of 0.1260 inches (3.20 mm). The right-hand cutting direction and 98-degree bar end angle make it suitable for standard internal finishing passes in tight spaces. With an overall length of 1.2090 inches and a 5/32-inch shank diameter, this bar is sized for compact toolholders and small-part machining setups. The solid carbide construction delivers rigidity and wear resistance in ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
This boring bar is used in CNC turning centers, lathes, and similar machine tools where small internal diameters require precise material removal.
