The SECO 02459014 is a round solid carbide milling insert in the RDKW series, designed for use in high-performance face and copy milling operations. It carries the F40M manufacturer grade and features a PVD-applied TiAlN plus TiN dual coating for wear resistance and thermal stability. The insert is 0.125 inches thick with an inscribed circle of 0.315 inches and a corner radius of 0.1575 inches. Four cutting edges are available on this single-sided neutral-rake insert. The T-Land cutting edge style helps manage entry forces and reduces chipping on interrupted cuts.
