Built from solid carbide in the CP500 grade and finished with a PVD-applied TiAlN/TiN coating, it handles a thread pitch range of 0.50 mm to 1.50 mm, covering 48 to 16 TPI in a single insert. The 9.53 mm inscribed circle and 3.47 mm thickness match the 16ER insert style.
