The SECO 02421531 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ANSI/ISO designation XOMX060204R-M05 in manufacturer grade F30M. The insert is parallelogram-shaped with a 90-degree included angle and a right-hand cutting orientation. It features a positive rake angle of 20.2 degrees with a honed cutting edge style, and is finished with a dual PVD coating of TiAlN and TiN for heat and wear resistance. With two cutting edges and a maximum depth of cut of 0.2165 inches, this insert is suited for productive face and shoulder milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
