The SECO 00094815 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ANSI/ISO designation SONX120508TR-ME08 and manufacturer grade F40M. It features a square shape with a 90-degree included angle, four cutting edges, and a right-hand orientation. The insert is PVD-coated with TiAlN and TiN layers for heat and wear resistance during demanding milling operations. At 0.5 inches inscribed circle diameter, 0.2035 inches thick, and a corner radius of 0.0315 inches, it is sized for the SONX-12 series. Installation Notes
