The SECO 00093064 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ANSI and ISO designation LNKT080531PPTN-M06 and manufactured to the F40M fine-grain grade. The insert features a rectangular shape with a neutral hand orientation, a negative rake angle of 15 degrees, and a T-Land cutting edge style. Two double-sided cutting edges are available per insert, maximizing tool life between index cycles. A PVD-applied TiAlN and TiN dual-layer coating delivers thermal and wear resistance suited to interrupted cuts and demanding feed rates.
